Client Registration Agreement

This agreement is made between Peakles and the client, with a Peakles-contracted coach/host assigned to support your development in pickleball. Enhancing your skills, confidence, and overall gameplay. Both parties agree to commit, stay focused, and prioritize consistent effort to achieve meaningful results. Mutual respect, accountability, and effective time management are key to ensuring a positive, productive, and enjoyable experience. This agreement also outlines the terms and conditions for participation in Peakles’ coaching programs, group session packages, and related services.

Coaching Session/Program & Group Session Terms

Session Policies & Guidelines: 

Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged. Repeated tardiness will be addressed by your coach. 

Coach Punctuality: If your coach is more than 1 minute late, you will receive an extra session. To claim this, reach out to Admin in the Peakles App.

Substitute Coaches: If your assigned coach is unavailable due to leave, unforeseen circumstances, or departure from the company, a substitute coach will take over to ensure consistency in your training. Your program details will be communicated to the new coach.

Session Expiration & Cancellation Policy: 

Late cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full and deducted from your account, and any missed or unused sessions beyond the program period are forfeited.

If you are unable to attend, provide at least 48 hours’ notice via the Peakles App to notify both Admin & Coach for rescheduling. 

For 1-on-1 Personal Training, the session can be rescheduled within the same week or the following week with proper notice. For 1-on-2-3 Semi-Private Coaching & 1-on-4-6 Small Group Training, we will attempt to match you with another team at a similar skill level. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the session will be converted into 2 Group Session credits, which must be used within the program period. 

Billing agreement (Also applies to Group Session): All programs are prepaid and non-refundable. For subscription plans, payments will be automatically charged to your account. You can cancel your subscription with the Peakles App.

Media Release (Also applies to Group Session): We may request photos and testimonials upon program completion to showcase your progress. Additionally, any media footage captured during sessions may be used for promotional purposes.

Risk Acknowledgment (Also applies to Group Session): Clients acknowledge the inherent risks of training and programs. The company is released from any liabilities arising from participation.

Program Transfer (Also applies to Group Session): Coaching programs/Group Session credits are not transferable to others

If you commit to the program, attend at least 2 sessions per week, and still don’t see progress, we’ll refund your investment.

Par-Q & You

Important Notice: Please carefully read the following statements. If you disagree with any statement or find it untrue, consult your doctor and ask for a MEDICAL CLEARANCE LETTER before starting the program. Submit the letter to your coach before your next session.

Guidance: Use common sense when agreeing to the statements below:

  • Your doctor has never told you that you have a heart condition and that you should only perform physical activities recommended by a doctor.

  • You do not feel chest pain when engaging in physical activity.

  • You have not experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaging in physical activity.

  • You do not lose your balance due to dizziness and have never lost consciousness.

  • You do not have any chronic bone or joint problems (e.g., back, knee, or hip) or pain radiating from any part of your body that could be worsened by changing your physical activity level.Your doctor or physician is not currently prescribing medication for your blood pressure or heart condition.

  • You do not know of any other reason why you should not engage in physical activity.

    If you disagree with any of the statements above:

  • Consult Your Doctor: Speak with your doctor by phone or in person before starting any physical activity or undergoing a fitness appraisal.

  • Discuss the PAR-Q: Inform your doctor about the PAR-Q and the questions you answered “No” to.

  • Enquire: Talk with your doctor about the types of activities you wish to participate in and request for a Medical Clearance Letter

  • Communicate: Share the medical clearance letter and information with your coach.
